Starcie powstało w 2015 roku w Warszawie i od początku głównym założeniem kapeli było granie dynamicznego street punka,
jednocześnie bez zamykania się na jeden styl. Obecny skład ustabilizował się wczesną wiosną 2019 roku i od tej pory zespół regularnie koncertuje. 14 marca ukazała się debiutancka płyta Starcia - "Ulica".
